The figure below displays the total number of kilowatt hours used each month by all residential SOPEC customers (green) and all commercial SOPEC customers (grey), throughout 2021 to date. As of May 2021, we are serving 16,434 residential and 2,601 commercial accountholders.

The plot to the right displays the correlation between property size (square feet) and electricity usage for all SOPEC customers (residential and commercial).
The figures below display the total number of accounts in each of SOPEC’s communities in May 2021.
The figure to the left displays the correlation between the median household income in each SOPEC community and its average kilowatt – hour usage so far in 2021. The correlation is significant, which indicates that higher household income results in higher electricity usage among these communities.
The plot below displays the correlation between property size (square feet) and electricity usage for residential (in green) and commercial (in blue) customers. There is strong significance for residential properties but not for commercial properties. The correlation between property age and electricity were also considered, but no significance was shown.
